With the Berkel Serrated Blade Kit for the Home Line PLUS 250, you can safely slice various types of products in just a few simple steps. The new kit allows you to quickly switch from a smooth blade to a serrated one, making it easier to thoroughly clean the blade and the back of the blade.
Not compatible with Home line
The kit is composed and already assembled by:
- Made in Italy hardened steel blade with reverse serration for a more delicate cut
- Blade extractor, which allows you to remove the slicer blade in complete safety and then place it back inside the packaging
- Seasoned sausages
- Different types of bread with the crispiest crust
- Some types of fruit with harder and thinner skin such as tomatoes
