How can I make a purchase?

Buying from locatellihousestore.com is easy:

  • look at all our products and let yourself be inspired by our style
  • if you already know what you are looking for, use the menu in the navigation bar or the search bar to find the product of your dreams immediately
  • once you have found the right product, select the quantities and use the "add to cart" button below. Alternatively, you can use the "express checkout" option to go directly to checkout and speed up your purchase
  • check the items in your shopping bag by selecting the "cart" icon at the top right of the page
  • click on "checkout" to proceed, add shipping and payment details to complete the order
  • if you already have a Locatelli House Store account, you can log in and checkout faster using your saved shipping and payment details

How do I change my order?

If you need to make a change or cancel your order, contact our customer service at info@locatellihousestore.it.

Since we try to process and fulfill your order as fast as possible, please contact us immediately after placing your order and we will do our best to assist you.

What payment methods does Locatelli House Store accept?

Locatelli House Store accepts payments from all credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Amazon Pay.


SHIPPING & RETURNS

When will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Italy. We do our best to process and ship your Locatelli House Store order as fast as possible. We usually need 1-2 business days to process your order internally.
During holidays and public holiday periods, this period may be slightly extended. If you placed your order over the weekend or on a public holiday, we will start fulfilling your order on the next working day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking code as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

When will I receive my order?

Once your order has been processed internally by our team (which takes approximately 2-3 working days) shipping will take approximately the following:

  • Italy - 2-6 working days
  • EU countries - 4-9 business days

Remember that in Italy we also offer floor delivery. At the moment, however, we do not yet offer shipping to countries outside the European Union.
We work with the best shippers worldwide to provide the best possible service. Locatelli House Store cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays (e.g. strikes, customs procedures, etc.).

How can I track my order?

To track your package, refer to the shipping confirmation email where you will find the tracking number. You can also check the status of the shipment directly on the shipper's website. If you have not received the confirmation email with the tracking number, contact customer service at info@locatellihousestore.it and we will be happy to help you.

How much is shipping?

In Italy the shipping is free, while for the countries of the European Union it is €12.50.
We currently do not yet offer shipping to countries outside the European Union.

Do you offer free shipping?

For all orders over €100 you can take advantage of free delivery. You will not have to enter any code, the cost of delivery will be deducted automatically during checkout.

What is your return policy?

You can try Locatelli House Store products in the comfort of your home and if you need to return them, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. You will have to take care of the return shipment, which will be at your expense, while we will take care of the quality control to verify that the product falls within our return policies, and we will try to refund you as soon as possible.

In the event of a defective or damaged product, we will take care of sending you the replacement part and providing you with all the necessary instructions. Please ensure that the items are returned in new condition, unused, with the original tags and in the packaging received upon delivery. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will not be refunded. Returns are accepted only on purchases made directly on locatellihousestore.it . If you would like to make a return, please contact our customer service team by emailing info@locatellihousestore.com for any further questions.

How can I return?

To make your return, follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our customer service: if you are not fully satisfied with your order and want to return it, write to info@locatellihousestore.it specifying the order number, the items to be returned and the reason for your return. Our customer service will be happy to help you find a solution. If you still want to return after contacting our customer service, continue to follow the next steps.
  2. Return packaging: prepare the package with the original box containing the product or products you wish to return.
  3. Withdrawal of the products by the courier: you will have to take care of the return shipment of the product/s independently, which will therefore be at your expense. The choice of the courier to use is absolutely at your discretion, choose the courier that is most convenient for you. You will find all the shipping data in the return request.
  4. Return confirmation and refund: After receiving your return, we will check if the quality of the product(s) meets our return policies. If yes, we will refund you with the same payment method used for the purchase, as soon as possible.
    The responsibility for the items falls on the customer until they arrive at our warehouse.
      Do you offer free returns?

      We do not currently offer free returns yet.

      We are always working to improve our level of customer service, so stay updated on all future news.

      When will I receive my refund?

      Locatelli House Store will check the quality of the returned product and issue a refund only if it satisfies the conditions of the return policies. Returns are accepted only on purchases made directly on LocatelliHouseStore.com. You will receive the refund to the same payment method used for the original purchase, as soon as possible.

      Refund times may vary for different payment methods.

      The refund will be free and will always include the amount of the product/s being returned. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

      If the product is returned because it is defective or damaged, the refund will be full. Otherwise the refund will be net of the initial shipping costs (those incurred during the order).

      INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

      Does Locatelli House Store ship internationally?

      Locatelli House Store ships throughout Europe. However, we do not yet offer shipments outside the European Union.
