Big Green Egg is a line of barbecues that was born in 1974. Influenced by oriental Kamados , it has been improved, and today has a dual function, stove and barbecue .

Thanks to ceramic, developed and designed in collaboration with NASA, the heat from the embers of Big Green Egg barbecues is reflected, creating airflows that cook your food perfectly. This feature makes cooking more sustainable and economical as the charcoal burns more slowly and produces less ash.

The quality of the materials used makes the Big Green Egg a durable, reliable, and long-lasting product, and thanks to the thermostat, you can precisely control the internal temperature. This quality makes it unique, as it can be reheated at least 100,000 times without any quality issues. Temperature control is one of the Big Green Egg's hallmarks, as it can be adjusted from 70 to 350°C with maximum precision, even in adverse outside temperatures.

The Big Green Egg isn't just a kamado grill ; it can also be used as a traditional stovetop, for steaming, or for smoking. Furthermore, the temperature control allows for the slow preparation of large cuts of meat or delicate dishes like fish. The accessories also allow you to bake bread, just like in an oven.
