Shipping and Returns

We do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible, and typically allow 1-2 business days to process your order internally.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Italy.

Once your order has been processed internally by our team (a process that takes approximately 1-2 business days), shipping will take approximately the following time:

• Italy
• 1-3 business days

• EU countries
• 3-6 business days

We are open from Monday to Saturday from 9am to 12.30pm and from 3.30pm to 7pm .

During the Christmas period we will also remain open on December 24th .

We do not currently offer shipping to countries outside the European Union.

We work with the best shipping companies around the world to provide the best service possible.

During holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. If your order was placed over the weekend or on a holiday, we will begin processing your order the next business day.

Locatelli House Store cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays (e.g., strikes, customs procedures, etc.).

• European Union - €12.50

For all orders over €50 placed in Italy, you can take advantage of free shipping. You won't need to enter a code; the shipping cost will be automatically deducted at checkout.

Returning a product is possible: try the products in the comfort of your own home and if you need to return them, you have 14 days from the date you received your order.

You will be responsible for the return shipment, which will be at your expense. We will handle the quality control of the return to verify that the product meets our return policies. We will then attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. Return shipments must be made to:

If your product is defective or damaged, we will send you a replacement and provide you with all the necessary instructions.

Please ensure that items are returned in new, unused condition, with the original tags and in the original packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will not be refunded. Returns are only accepted for purchases made directly on locatellihousestore.com .

To make your return, follow these simple steps:

1. Contact our customer service: If you are not completely satisfied with your order and wish to return it, please email info@locatellihousestore.it specifying your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for your return. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you in finding a solution. If you wish to return the item after contacting our customer service team, continue following the steps below.
2. Return packaging: prepare the package with the original box containing the product or products you wish to return.
3. Return shipping by courier: You will be responsible for shipping the product(s) back yourself, and will be responsible for shipping costs. The choice of courier is entirely up to you; choose the one that's most convenient for you. You'll find all the shipping information in the return request.
4. Return Confirmation and Refund: After receiving your return, we'll verify whether the quality of the product(s) meets our return policies. If so, we'll refund you using the same payment method used for the purchase as quickly as possible.

The customer is responsible for the items until they arrive at our warehouse.

We do not yet offer free returns.

Locatelli House Store will inspect the returned product for quality and issue a refund only if it meets the return policy requirements. Returns are only possible for purchases made directly on LocatelliHouseStore.com . You will receive your refund via the same payment method used for the original purchase, as quickly as possible.
Refund times may vary depending on different payment methods.

The refund will be free of charge and will always include the cost of the product(s) being returned. Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

If the product is returned because it is defective or damaged, the refund will be full. Otherwise, the refund will be minus the initial shipping costs (those incurred when placing the order).
