This Demeyere wok is made of a 7-layer material, consisting of several layers of stainless steel and aluminum. Thanks to the multi-layer base, the heat is distributed quickly and evenly across the entire base and sides of the wok. This ensures that all ingredients are cooked evenly.

The flat base makes the pans suitable for use on all types of hobs.
