• Slice thickness adjustment knob between 0 mm and 3 mm. A refined element that enhances all the elegance of the historic flywheel slicer.
  
• Cover L to protect your slicer after use we recommend hand washing separately in cold water with mild detergent, dry in the shade, iron at low temperature, do not bleach.
• Stainless steel ham tongs equipped with a spring and embellished with the Berkel signature.
