TIPS FOR USE

• MAXIMUM EFFICIENCY: Choose the correct diameter based on the burner used to optimize energy efficiency. For induction, the diameter of the cooking area must match that of the base of the pan. For gas, the flame must not exceed the base of the pan.
• SURFACE MAINTENANCE: Avoid overheating the pan to prevent damage to the coating. Never leave the pan empty on the stove.
• CLEANING: Do not put the pan in the dishwasher, not even the wooden parts, to avoid damaging the coating. Use dish soap and a non-abrasive sponge.
• OVEN SAFE: The pan is oven safe up to 220°C, removing the handle, pot holders and lid (without the silicone knob gasket).
• INDUCTION: Before use, make sure the hob and base of the pan are clean to avoid scratches.
