BEFORE AND AFTER EACH USE:

• Wash with suitable detergents avoiding chlorine-based products and bleaches, rinse and dry thoroughly. Then store them in a dry environment. Do not use abrasive sponges or cloths and metal scourers.
• Immediately remove residues of salt (NaCl), lemon, vinegar, tomato-based sauces, etc. If you use a dishwasher, make sure that the treatment involves perfect drying and polishing and if not, do it manually.
• The blades of the knives are made of hardened 420 martensitic stainless steel which ensures long-lasting sharpness but makes the material more sensitive to corrosive attacks. It is essential to properly clean up, washing and drying the knives immediately after use.
