With the Berkel Serrated Blade Kit for Home Line PLUS 250 it is possible to slice different types of products safely with a few simple gestures. Thanks to the new kit it will be possible to switch from a smooth blade to a serrated blade in a short time, facilitating thorough cleaning of the blade and the back of the blade.

Not compatible with Homeline

The kit is composed and already assembled by:

  • Hardened steel blade Made in Italy with reverse serration for a more delicate cut
  • Blade extractor, which allows you to remove the slicer blade in total safety and then place it inside the packaging
The serrated blade creates very thin slices, without spoiling the quality. Ideal for cutting harder products, such as:
  • Seasoned Sausages
  • Different types of bread with the most crunchy crust
  • Some types of fruit with a harder skin and with a thinner skin such as tomatoes
