TIPS FOR USE

MAXIMUM EFFICIENCY: Choose the correct diameter based on your burner to optimize energy efficiency. For induction, the diameter of the cooking area should match that of the base of the pan. For gas, the flame should not exceed the base of the pan.
SURFACE CARE: Avoid overheating the pan to prevent damage to the coating. Never leave an empty pan on the stovetop.
CLEANING: Do not wash the pan in the dishwasher, not even the wooden parts, to avoid damaging the coating. Use dish soap and a non-abrasive sponge.
OVEN SAFE: The pan is oven safe up to 220°C, removing the handle, pot holders and lid (without the silicone knob gasket).
INDUCTION: Before use, make sure the hob and base of the pan are clean to avoid scratches.
