PRECAUTIONS:

As soon as the contents reach boiling point, reduce the gas or electricity supply: the heat-diffusing base will maintain the temperature inside the container unchanged.
Be careful with salt: don't add it cold, as the salt crystals cause an electrolytic and chemical reaction that can corrode steel. It's best to wait until the water boils.

CLEANING:

Do not use detergents containing chlorine, such as bleach (sodium hypochlorite), as they can attack stainless steel.
Avoid violent impacts and sudden changes in temperature. Do not cool abruptly. Do not use to store foods containing citric, acetic, or lactic acid.
To eliminate iridescent stains due to overheating, use only products specifically designed for stainless steel.
To remove any whitish stains caused by limescale, boil water with vinegar, let it cool and wash as usual.
