BEFORE AND AFTER EACH USE

Wash with suitable detergents, avoiding chlorine-based products and bleaches. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Then store in a dry place. Do not use abrasive sponges, cloths, or metal scouring pads. Immediately remove any residues of salt (NaCl), lemon, vinegar, tomato-based sauces, etc.
If using a dishwasher, make sure that the treatment includes perfect drying and polishing and if not, proceed manually.
The knife blades are made of tempered martensitic 420 stainless steel, which ensures long-lasting sharpness but makes the material more susceptible to corrosion. It is essential to properly clean and dry the knives immediately after use.
