Caution with salt: Do not add salt when cold, as salt crystals cause an electrolytic and chemical reaction that can corrode steel. It's best to wait until the water boils. CLEANING: Do not use detergents containing chlorine, such as bleach (sodium hypochlorite), as they can damage stainless steel. Avoid violent impacts and sudden changes in temperature. Do not cool suddenly. Do not use to store foods containing citric, acetic, or lactic acid. To remove iridescent stains caused by overheating, use only products specifically designed for stainless steel. To remove any whitish stains caused by limescale, boil water with vinegar, let cool, and wash as usual.
