Lalique Anemones Vase

Among flowers, the anemone, a symbol of purity and innocence, particularly inspired René Lalique, who later made it the centerpiece of many jewelry and decorative objects. In 1912, he designed a vase with an anemone motif in blue patinated glass, modeled in “cire perdue”. With the Anemone collection, Lalique offers a new vision of this creation transfigured in vases available in different sizes and colors, bowls, perfume bottles and votives. Made of satin-finished and re-polished crystal, the emblem of Lalique, the flowers are juxtaposed in a graphic play on repetition, capturing the ephemeral beauty of flowers.
