• BIGOLI : pasta format with a circular diameter of 3.5mm. The recommended sheet thickness is in position 2 of the pasta machine regulator.
  
• CAPELLINI : pasta format with a square diameter of 1mm. The recommended sheet thickness is at positions 8 or 9 on the pasta machine regulator.
  
• LASAGNETTE : flat pasta format with a width of 10 mm. The recommended thickness of the sheet varies from position 6 to 7 of the pasta machine regulator.
  
• LINGUINE : pasta format with an oval section and a width of 3mm. The recommended sheet thickness is in position 4 of the pasta machine regulator.
  
• MAFALDINE : flat pasta format with a width of 8mm. The recommended sheet thickness is at position 6 on the pasta machine regulator.
  
• PAPPARDELLE : flat pasta format with a width of 50mm. The recommended sheet thickness is at position 6 on the pasta machine regulator.
  
• REGINETTE : flat pasta format with a width of 12mm. The recommended sheet thickness is at position 6 on the pasta machine regulator.
  
• SPAGHETTI : pasta format with circular section and 2mm diameter. The recommended sheet thickness is in position 4 of the pasta machine regulator.

• TRENETTE : pasta format with a square section and a width of 3.5mm. The recommended sheet thickness is at position 6 on the pasta machine regulator.
