PRECAUTIONS:

• Never leave empty cookware on heat sources.
• Do not let the flame overflow from the bottom.
• As soon as the contents boil, reduce the gas or electricity supply: the thermo-diffuser base will keep the temperature inside the container unchanged.
• Be careful with salt: do not add cold salt as the salt crystals cause an electrolytic and chemical reaction capable of corroding the steel. Better to wait for the water to boil.

CLEANING:

• Do not use cleaning agents containing chlorine, such as bleach (sodium hypochlorite), as they can attack the stainless steel.
• Avoid violent shocks and sudden changes in temperature. Do not cool suddenly. Do not use to store foods containing citric, acetic and lactic acid.
• To eliminate iridescent halos due to overheating, use only specific products for stainless steel.
• To eliminate any whitish spots caused by limescale, boil water with vinegar, leave to cool and wash normally.
