• BEFORE AND AFTER EACH USE: Wash with suitable detergents, avoiding chlorine-based products and bleaches, rinse and dry thoroughly. Then store in a dry environment. Do not use abrasive sponges or cloths or metal scouring pads. Immediately remove residues of salt (NaCl), lemon, vinegar, tomato-based sauces, etc. If using a dishwasher, make sure that the treatment includes perfect drying and polishing, otherwise proceed manually.
• The knife blades are made of tempered martensitic 420 stainless steel which ensures the sharpening durability over time but makes the material more sensitive to corrosive attacks. It is essential to provide for proper cleaning, washing and drying the knives immediately after use.
