    With the Berkel Serrated Blade Kit for the Home Line PLUS 250, you can safely slice various types of products in just a few simple steps. The new kit allows you to quickly switch from a smooth blade to a serrated one, making it easier to thoroughly clean the blade and the back of the blade.

    Not compatible with Home line

    The kit is composed and already assembled by:

    • Made in Italy hardened steel blade with reverse serration for a more delicate cut
    • Blade extractor, which allows you to remove the slicer blade in complete safety and then place it back inside the packaging
    The serrated blade creates very thin slices without compromising quality. Ideal for cutting harder products, such as:
    • Seasoned sausages
    • Different types of bread with the crispiest crust
    • Some types of fruit with harder and thinner skin such as tomatoes
