The set consists of: 28 cm Ham Knife, 22 cm Bread Knife, 20 cm Kitchen Knife, 17 cm Santoku Knife. Blade made of high quality 1.4116-X50 Cr Mo V15 chrome-molybdenum-vanadium steel. Blade laser-cut from 3 mm sheet. Grinding, tempering, satin finishing and sharpening carried out using artisanal techniques. “Technical” handle moulded in thermoplastic polymer with direct grip to ensure maximum ergonomics of use and suggest the correct grip. Double texture in the grip areas to increase the grip. Front ring nut for perfect blade locking. Rear ring nut that guarantees perfect balance thanks to the insertion of steel balls. Recognisable Berkel logo and design “B” in relief on the rear ring nut. .
