- Equipped with a lid with a special valve to create a vacuum without sucking liquids, in order to protect the pump.
- All accessories for Berkel Vacuum have been tested and certified for contact with food
- Patented ribbed multilayer material, BPA Free
- Freezer and Refrigerator.
- Defrosting in the microwave.
- Boil in water at 100°C for max 1 hour.
- Suitable for vacuum cooking in a steam or water oven (max. 90°C for max. 72 hours).
