• BIGOLI : A pasta shape with a circular diameter of 3.5 mm. The recommended pasta thickness is position 2 on the pasta machine's dial.
  
• CAPELLINI : A pasta shape with a square diameter of 1 mm. The recommended thickness is positions 8 or 9 on the pasta machine's dial.
  
• LASAGNETTE : A flat pasta shape with a width of 10 mm. The recommended thickness varies from position 6 to 7 on the pasta machine's dial.
  
• Linguine : a type of pasta with an oval cross-section and a width of 3 mm. The recommended thickness is position 4 on the pasta machine's dial.
  
• MAFALDINE : a flat pasta shape 8mm wide. The recommended thickness is position 6 on the pasta machine's dial.
