Staub Grill Pans Round Grill

The Grill series grill is perfect for frying meat. It is made of cast iron, which makes it particularly suitable for searing food, because it can be heated to high temperatures and distributes heat evenly across the entire surface, allowing you to brown and fry multiple pieces of meat evenly.

Two thin round handles allow you to carry the grill pan in total comfort. It is suitable for all types of stoves. To finish cooking the dishes or to keep them warm you can safely put it in the oven.

Thanks to the ribbed bottom you will get the grill effect on the food. The meat or vegetables come into contact with only a part of the bottom and that is how they get the typical streaks and such a tasty taste.

The inside of the cast iron is coated with a special matt black enamel, which preserves and amplifies the flavours of the individual ingredients. This property is further accentuated with every use of the grill pan. Cast iron retains heat particularly efficiently and transmits it evenly to the food.
