BEFORE AND AFTER EACH USE:

• Wash with suitable detergents, avoiding chlorine-based products and bleaches, rinse and dry them thoroughly. Then store them in a dry environment. Do not use abrasive sponges or cloths and metal scouring pads.
• Immediately remove residues of salt (NaCl), lemon, vinegar, tomato-based sauces, etc. If using a dishwasher, make sure that the treatment includes perfect drying and polishing and otherwise proceed manually.
• The knife blades are made of tempered martensitic 420 stainless steel which ensures long-lasting sharpening but makes the material more sensitive to corrosive attacks.
• It is essential to properly clean the knives, washing and drying them immediately after use.
