The chef's knife from the Zwilling Pro collection can be used for almost any preparation in the creation of your most imaginative dishes thanks to its extreme ease of use. You can cut with the blade along its entire length of 20 cm. This allows you to use different cutting techniques for meat or fish, to finely chop vegetables or use it as a mezzaluna to chop aromatic herbs.
