BARTENDER RITUAL

• The Barista Experience is possible with the Smeg EGF03 machine: a combination of technologies that contribute to the preparation of an excellent coffee. For a uniform grind, the integrated grinder is equipped with stainless steel conical burrs, allowing you to adjust the grind to a superfine level. Thanks to the 58 mm diameter filter holder and the professional steam wand with two steam levels, you can prepare coffee and milk-based preparations like a true barista. The pressure gauge allows you to verify that the extraction has been optimally achieved according to the espresso parameters.

THERMOBLOCK

• The double Thermoblock heating system, one dedicated to the coffee circuit and one to the milk circuit, ensures that the steam function is always ready after the coffee has been dispensed, thus avoiding waiting times for the milk froth to be prepared.

SETTINGS

• The new espresso machine allows you to customize drinks to suit every taste: the double menu allows you to choose between two preset grinding options, for preparing a single or double espresso, and two brewing options, for preparing one or two cups of coffee. From the settings menu, you can select your preferred pre-infusion profile from 4 different profiles (short, standard, long, progressive) and from 4 extraction temperature levels, to make coffee time a true ritual.
