ZWILLING Gourmet knives are made of a special steel which, thanks to its optimal ratio between chromium and carbon, guarantees that the blade edge will hold over time and makes them resistant to corrosion. They are obtained from a single piece and subjected to cryogenic hardening. The cryogenic hardening makes the FRIODUR blades flexible, giving them a high edge retention and reducing the formation of rust, contributing to the durability of the knives. With its ergonomically shaped handle made of synthetic material in the classic three-rivet design, the ZWILLING Gourmet meat knife is extremely handy, even if you have to slice large quantities of meat. The central rivet has the laser engraved ZWILLING logo which gives the knife elegance. The knife is pleasantly light and does not tire your hands, even when using it for a long time.
