With the Berkel Serrated Blade Kit for Home Line PLUS 250 you can slice different types of products safely with a few simple gestures. Thanks to the new kit you can switch from a smooth blade to a serrated blade in a short time, facilitating thorough cleaning of the blade and the back of the blade.
Not compatible with Home line
The kit is composed and already assembled by:
- Made in Italy tempered steel blade with reverse serration for a more delicate cut
- Blade extractor, which allows you to remove the slicer blade in complete safety and then place it back inside the packaging
