A single mold for the whole recipe of 'Tarte Tatin', this legendary French tart: first the caramel directly on the fire (any type of heat except induction), then baking in the oven in the same pan.

    Then, flip, unmold and present your tarte tatin on a serving plate. It is fast and easy! The shape of the mold is suitable for the confined cooking of apples in their caramel.
