• BEFORE AND AFTER EACH USE: Wash with suitable detergents, avoiding chlorine-based products and bleaches. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Then store in a dry place. Immediately remove any residues of salt (NaCl), lemon juice, vinegar, tomato-based sauces, etc. If using a dishwasher, ensure that the treatment includes perfect drying and polishing; otherwise, proceed manually.
