• BEFORE AND AFTER EACH USE: Wash with suitable detergents, avoiding chlorine-based products and bleaches. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Then store in a dry place. Do not use abrasive sponges, cloths, or metal scouring pads. Immediately remove any residues of salt (NaCl), lemon juice, vinegar, tomato-based sauces, etc.
• If using a dishwasher, make sure the treatment includes perfect drying and polishing; otherwise, polish by hand.
